Who we are

Our hand painted murals and bags gave us life.  Art is the heartbeat of Michessie  enabling us to become a creative hub and meeting place for like-minded people to dip into a palette of inspiration, to be curious and to learn something new.

Our history, inspired us to develop an artistic range, from  purses and totes, to easywear,  layering texture and colour to create joyful items for you.  Michessie art by design means we keep aesthetics in mind with versatile use of fabrics to create pieces that are useful and different.

Handmade by a small team of creatives, we focus on one-of-a-kind and limited-edition designs which reflect our belief in simplicity, colour and detail.

Our “tribe” includes contributors, either to our range or as visitors to our online pop-up shop; women in all stages of life; women who never lose their spark no matter what; amazing women who may or may not have been captains of industry but do know who they are.
